PRIVACY NOTICE
1. Purpose of Collection
Simplicity Australasia Ltd ("Simplicity Loyalty”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is collecting your business contact information, including your name, business email address, and company affiliation, for the purpose of providing access to a product demonstration of the Simplicity Loyalty platform.
This information will also be used to follow up with you regarding your experience with the demo, to provide additional product information, and to offer relevant sales and marketing communications related to Simplicity Loyalty and associated services.
If you choose not to provide your contact information, we may be unable to offer you access to the product demo or follow up with relevant information about Simplicity Loyalty.
2. Type of Personal Information Collected and Use
We collect the following personal and business-related information:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Contact number
- Business address
- Date of Birth
- Preferred language
- Company name
- Job title or role
- Interaction history with our demo platform
Your information will be used by Simplicity Loyalty for:
- Providing access to and support for the product demo
- Sales outreach and follow-up communications
- Marketing and promotional updates
We may disclose your information to our internal sales and marketing teams and trusted service providers (bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations) who assist us in delivering these communications. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Legal Basis for Processing and Disclosure (if any)
This collection is conducted in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, including the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs). By submitting your information, you consent to its collection and use for the purposes outlined in this notice and in line with our Global Privacy Statement.
4. Storage and Retention
Your information will be securely stored in our CRM and marketing systems in New Zealand and, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your privacy in accordance with APP 8 and IPP 12. We will retain your information for a period of up to five (5) years from the date of collection, unless you request its deletion earlier. After this period, your information will be securely deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required by law.
5. Access, Correction, and Complaints
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information
- Lodge a complaint if you believe we have breached your privacy rights
